Terms of Services
1. Payment Terms
- 50% Initial Payment upon agreement.
- 50% due after final demo approval.
- Payment methods: PayPal, Skrill (for international clients) or PromptPay/Local transfer (for Thai clients)
- Client is responsible for any transaction fees.2. Refund Policy
- No refunds after demo acceptance.
- Partial refund may apply if the project is canceled before completion, depending on progress.3. Revisions
- 3 major revisions included.
- Additional revisions: $30 per revision.4. Deliverables
- Final product delivered in .wav (48kHz, 24-bit) and .mp3 formats.
- Stem files available for an additional $25 (non-refundable).
No refunds after stem file payment.5. Copyright & Usage
- Client retains partial ownership of the final product upon payment.
- Client may request to receive full ownership of the final product by paying for exclusive rights (see on 'prices' page)
- Producer retains the right to use the final product in portfolio and promotional materials.6. Client Responsibilities
- Client must provide all necessary materials (stems, lyrics, references) on time. Delays may affect delivery timelines.7. Denial of Commission
- Producer reserves the right to deny or cancel commissions from disrespectful clients. Any paid amounts will be forfeited, and no work will be delivered.8. Delivery Timeline
- Delivery timelines depend on project scope and client feedback. Client must respond within 2 days to avoid delays.9. Force Majeure
- Producer is not liable for delays due to unforeseen circumstances, such as illness or emergencies.10. Termination
- Either party can terminate the contract with written notice. If client terminates, they forfeit any paid fees. If producer terminates, any paid fees will be refunded, minus completed work.11. Confidentiality
- All work will remain confidential unless agreed upon otherwise. Producer may use the work in their portfolio or for promotional purposes.12. Amendments
- Terms may be updated at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
